Damien Anselmi, CEO
Group founder and driving force behind the development of Arena Retail Performance Solutions, Damien Anselmi has wide ranging experience both within the retail sector and in IT. As a chartered accountant he understands retail financial drivers, which has ensured that Retail Arena is a ‘best of breed’ productivity and business solutions for retail chains.
Since 1994 Damien has devoted his career as an IT specialist developing technology for the retail sector which provided the basis for forming his original company, Anselmi Consulting in 2000. As a solutions architect and developer to the retail sector, he has been responsible for designing systems to boost efficiency company-wide – from point of sale, merchandising and stock planning, to financial systems, business intelligence and performance management.
As a member of the entrepreneurial Anselmi family, Damien has always had involvement in the retail sector; this married with his proven skills in IT and chartered accountancy
background lead him to develop the Arena solution for retail chains and, in turn, form Arena Retail Performance Solutions Ltd. Arena was originally successfully trialled in 2004 and formally brought to the market in 2008.
Roland D’Silva, COO
Roland is responsible for driving the IT and Operational strategy of the company. Core to his portfolio is ensuring customer requirements are translated into innovative solutions for retail. His extensive knowledge of technology, retail and people management ensures that solutions delivered by Retail Arena are on time, on quality and more importantly deliver resoundingly.
Before joining Retail Arena, Roland worked in key roles as systems architect, project manager, solutions designer for several leading organisations.
